Your photos NEVER leave your device. All AI analysis happens locally using Apple's Neural Engine.

Neher Data Systems ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SkinVault mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

Our Privacy-First Architecture

Key Point: SkinVault uses 100% on-device AI processing. Your photos are analyzed entirely on your iPhone using Apple's Neural Engine and CoreML. No images are ever uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server.

Information We DO NOT Collect

Your Photos: Images are processed entirely on your device. We never see, access, or store your photos.
Photo Content: Detection results stay on your device only.
Personal Files: We have no access to your photo library beyond what you explicitly grant.
Biometric Data: We do not collect or process any biometric information.

Information We May Collect

Subscription Verification:

We validate Apple In-App Purchase receipts to verify premium subscriptions.
This is handled through Apple's secure StoreKit 2 framework.
We store only a validation token (not payment details) to minimize API calls.

Anonymous Crash Reports:

Standard iOS crash reports may be sent to Apple if you've enabled this in your device settings.
These contain no personal information or photo data.

On-Device AI Technology

SkinVault uses advanced machine learning models that run entirely on your device:

ONNX Runtime: Industry-standard AI inference engine optimized for mobile.
CoreML Acceleration: Hardware-accelerated processing using Apple's Neural Engine.
Bundled Models: AI models are included in the app - no downloads required.
Offline Capable: Full functionality without any internet connection.

Photo Library Access

The App requires photo library access to scan your photos. This permission is managed by iOS and you can revoke it at any time in Settings. We only access photos you explicitly select for scanning.

Third-Party Services

Apple Services:

StoreKit 2 for subscription management (Apple's Privacy Policy applies)
App Store for distribution

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Security

All processing happens on-device with no network transmission of photos
Subscription tokens stored securely in iOS Keychain
No server-side photo storage or processing
No user accounts or personal data collection

Children's Privacy

Our App is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to delete. You can:

Revoke photo library access in iOS Settings at any time
Delete the app to remove all local data
Cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date above.
